The rooms here have a convenient work desk, coffee/tea-making facilities, and a large flat-screen TV with satellite channels; additionally, the bed was incredibly comfy, and I had a great night's sleep.

Comfortable beds (harder than usual in Canada). Fast on the highway, ideal for transit. Free parking directly in front of the hotel.

Corridor and room smelled a bit musty and you could not open the window in the room.

A lot of things have gone wrong here. - electronic lock defective three times. - a lousy coffee was sold in the restaurant, although coffee was available for free in the lobby. - Complaint was accepted at the reception

This place is conveniently located near Pembroke for medical treatment and the West Coast.

The room was very spacious with a very nice bathroom (shower!) and a kitchen block with microwave oven. The restaurant is highly recommended because of the cosy ambience and the selection of dishes. The salt water pool and the whirlpool were offered.

There was nothing negative.

The breakfast was hot with powdered eggs. The team was helpful and kept the space reasonably clean.- I had a modern and recently refurbished room with amenities like a coffee maker and a microwave.- The beds were comfortable.

I absolutely adored your bed. It was like sleeping on a cloud and so relaxing for a tired body. I travel a lot and will look first for a Best Western Inn to stay at after I have verified whether they have the same kind of bed you have.

The breakfast served at Best Western Pembroke is astonishing and great. The location is just next door to northern Ontario, offering a beautiful riverfront and numerous recreational activities.

Breakfast was very good and much, was from the menu. . Room big, clean, everything as expected. Friendly staff, welcome again. Nice place with historical Village-Museum

The sofa bed was uncomfortable, the children put the mattress on the floor to sleep. Not enough staff in the breakfast restaurant, therefore stress is not possible.

The hotel is a great value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location is superb, close to a main road junction and the beautiful riverfront. The staff provided excellent service, and the basic amenities were all in place. The rooms were cozy with comfortable beds, and the option of having a room with a jetted tub adds an extra touch of luxury. Plus, the fact that breakfast is included is a nice bonus.

The restaurant could be more consistent in terms of quality.
